~As an investor myself, I am well versed in noticing defects and pointing them out to both sellers and buyers. I can also easily anticipate ballpark repairs costs and have a back pocket full of great contractors.
Overall, real estate is my passion, and I am a very positive forward thinker. My favorite part about being an agent is helping clients weigh out the options for their future goals and making them a reality.
