Kathy's real estate career began the summer she graduated from high school. While attending college she started working at Re/Max in Kansas City as a administrative assistant for the president. Over the years she has worked in many different aspects of the real estate industry making her a WELL-ROUNDED REALTOR. In the 80s she sold residential real estate for Century 21 and worked in the appraisal office at Midwest Mortgage. In the 90s she was property manager of multi unit apartment complex and in 2000 was one of the original loft developers in downtown Belleville.
Kathy is also a Certified Military Relocation Specialist. As a Certified Military Relocation Specialist she understands the special needs of a family that receives PCS order. Avenue Realty Associates are lifetime Metro East Residents which give us the ability to help you get to know your new community. We would like to show you what the Metro East communities have to offer.
