I have been in the real estate business since 2005. The first five years were as an investor just to analyze properties for us to purchase and once the market shifted and we went into the great recession I shifted to help distressed homeowners and shifted to REO . How did I get started in real estate investing you might ask? I was dragged kicking and screaming. My husband decided to invest all of the equity of our first home on a FLIP. He is an educated professional but had no clue what he was doing. That is when we discovered that FLIP That House is not as easy as on TV. That first rehab project set us back financially.
I was taking time off my career in International Business to raise my three kids (2,4 and 6 year olds) but planned to return when I realized that I had to do something quick to get us back on track. Long story short, I got my real estate license to help us recover and ended up loving working with families and advising them so they would not make the same mistakes we made. I think I will sell real estate for the rest of my life. I will admit that its a challenge sometimes but the joy I get from helping families and investors build a better community far outweighs all the negativity I have to go thru to get there.

I know trust is earned and I fiercely guard the faith my clients place in me. That is the reason I have always thrived in this business. I have never had a LOW season and I dont think I ever will.

I am a firm believer in the law of attraction. I am generous and have an attitude of abundance. I give of my time and share my knowledge. I have been richly blessed and mentored all my life so I believe that to those whom much is given, much will be required ---I pay it forward, any chance I get.
