As a 3rd generation brick mason, Chris has worked in the family business of home construction, masonry and landscaping for over 20 years. In his spare time, he created stunning concrete countertops for high-end homes and painted murals in busy office buildings while coaching high school basketball. In 2014, Chris made the career change from builder to public servant by accepting the position of Parks and Recreation Commissioner for the City of Batesville, Indiana. During this time, he was able to put his design and development experience to good use through many different projects. One such project was the creation of a nature-based park. By negotiating with various businesses, municipal leaders and community members Chris was able to create a win-win project fully funded through donations and grants which he helped to secure.
In 2016, Chris and his wife, Sarah, decided to move their family of 6 back home to the Lafayette area, where Sarah grew up. Chris is excited to combine his years of experience in home construction and negotiation to help others in the buying and/or selling of their homes. By building relationships and striving for excellence, Chris will put his experience to work for you!
