Maurice grew up in the Real Estate business! Growing up his parents were both successful real estate brokers and had Maurice start sitting open houses at age 12. They also owned and operated a successful and respected real estate construction business.

Maurice grew up on a farm outside Markle, Indiana, just south of Fort Wayne. Growing up on the farm he knows how to work ground and produce a harvest. He was also trained into the Construction Trades by his Father and became a Master Carpenter running framing and finish carpentry crews by age 18. As a passionate boater who loves the outdoors, Naples/Marco Island and Southwest Florida became the perfect place to call home.

Maurice began buying, selling, and investing in the Naples/Marco Island markets in 1995. He has successfully assisted hundreds of homebuyers and sellers in waterfront communities like Marco Island, All of Naples including Royal Harbor, Aqualane Shores, Port Royal, The Moorings, Park Shore, Bay Colony and Vanderbilt Beach, Bonita Beach, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, and more to name just a few.
