I am a lifelong resident of Southwest Michigan who was born and raised in St Joseph. Growing up in a family that developed, built and marketed lakefront communities, developments & custom homes has given me a love of the building & Real Estate industry. This led me to study construction management with a minor in marketing in order to develop the skills needed to blend with my passion for real estate and building. I graduated from WMU in 2004 with a bachelors in Engineering & Construction Management. During the time I was attending college, I obtained my real estate license and builders license to help my clients navigate the ever changing landscape of the real estate market. I have always loved the process of helping buyers identify the perfect home to suit their needs or assisting them in the renovation process if need be. I have renovated & built many homes in the area, giving me a deep insight into the process & connections to the most capable contractors in the area. With an eye for detail not only in construction, but marketing properties to stand out, wether that is through innovative & unique digital means, staging a property to enhance its existing amenities , or making & implementing renovation solutions. I am there to help every step of the way. I now own and operate a real estate brokerage in St Joseph, Michigan where I live with my wife Madyson & son Finley & golden retriever Duke.
We love taking advantage everything this area has to offer especially outdoor activities, boating, kayaking, hiking the dunes, golfing or just taking a walk. Southwest Michigan has been a great place to call home for us with its many Harbor towns, world class beaches and ever expanding culinary options. I would love to put my vast knowledge of the area to use in helping you find the right place to call home (or 2nd home!).
