Roy has had a passion for real estate since 5th grade when he was asked by his teacher to draw what he wanted to be when he grew up. Well, Roy drew a man with a briefcase that was a REALTOR. In hindsight his Father was a Real Estate agent so at that moment he may have just been wanting to be like Dad.

Being a second generation REALTOR, He has been around Real Estate his entire life, and having lived it for so long was destined to develop a passion for it. Helping his clients achieve their goals, rather it be buying or selling is his number one concern.

Roy has been a licensed REALTOR for 10 Plus years but, has been a Louisville native his entire life and has an outstanding knowledge of not only Louisville but also the many surrounding counties. He believes that the best way to effectively help his clients is to truly listen to their needs and objectives and relay that into a pleasant and stress-free transaction.

In Roy's free time, he enjoys playing and producing music and just spending time with his Family and Friends. With Roy you may start out as a client but you will end as one of those friends.
