Nick Brannigan has been involved in real estate at an early age and purchased his first home in 2001. For over 15 years, he has been buying, renting and flipping homes. During that time, Nick was a design manager for an architectural firm for 10 years. Here he designed custom homes for clients in all areas of Cook, DuPage and Will county. This helped foster Nicks ability to see functional and desirable traits that are in todays housing market.
As a lifelong learner, Nick has an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Trinity Christian College. Years later he went back to Trinity to pursue a teaching certificate and became certified to teach High School Business and Computer classes. He quickly took master level classes at Roosevelt and added Special Education to his teaching certificate. Nick continued his education by obtaining a Reading Specialist Masters degree and another 45 graduate level credits in Special Education.
A resident of Cook County, Nick resides in Palos Heights with his wife and two children. Nick is familiar with many of the local area cities and counties including: Tinley Park, Orland Park, Frankfort, Hickory Hills, Palos Park, Willow Springs, LaGrange, Burr Ridge, Hinsdale, Palos Heights, Midlothian, Crestwood, Chicago Ridge, Oak Brook, Countryside, Naperville, and all other cities of Cook, DuPage and Will County.
