Eyvis possesses a natural passion for architecture, design, interiors/ exteriors, remodeling, and everything to do with real estate, one that stems from a fascination with her grandfathers house architecture plans while she was growing up. He was a General Contractor in Cuba in the 1970s. Her keen eye for details as she handles each process with exceptional care and attentive listening skills fuel her creativity in providing reliable solutions. She capitalizes on the resources at her disposal to drive superb outcomes.
Not new to serving others, Eyvis has 15+ years of retail, management, and customer service experience. She has mastered the art of communication and negotiations, strategizing and organizing; all in line with meeting client expectations. Having graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Finance, she also offers valuable insights to help clients understand the magnitude of real estate as a tangible investment and its role in wealth creation. This to her is the greatest lesson of all.
Eyvis has strong ties to Miamis community and culture having resided in the region for 20+ years. As a multicultural individual who can relate to others very organically, she is a breath of fresh air to every client she meets due to her easygoing and personable demeanor. Being bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, further promotes her business as she can connect with many people. And yet it is the ease with which she strikes friendships with her clients that distinguishes her as more than just a realtor; she is also a partner.
Outside of real estate, Eyvis enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and experiencing new cultures.
