Kevin Axsom didnt know he would one day be a REALTOR. But when he moved to the Evansville area, a good friend encouraged him to get his license. Its a good thing, because Kevins business has been booming ever since.
When you ask him for the reason for his success, hell tell you its his strong communication skills. This University of Southern Indiana graduate received his Bachelors in Science degree in Communication & Public Relations. He loves spending time with his clients, finding out what they liked and disliked about their previous real estate experiences. He wants to be sure he exceeds their expectations, and exceed their expectations he does!
His communication skills throughout all steps of the buying and selling process are very well received and appreciated by his clients, giving them a more memorable, favorable and seamless transaction.
Kevin can also be thanked for doing his part to fight blight in Evansville. He is currently the president of the Evansville Brownfields Corp. Board of Directors which oversees the removal of vacant and abandoned structures for repurposing and redevelopment. In addition, he is a board member of the Evansville Parks Foundation, he is one of the Mayoral appointees to the newly formed Evansville Land Bank Board of Directors, AND he is also very much involved in his Akin Park Neighborhood Association.
While all of this definitely keeps Kevin busy, he does occasionally find relaxation by traveling and spending as much time in the kitchen as possible.
