Curt & Penny Scroggins, The Scroggins Team! We started Bear Real Estate Sales in 2023 because real estate has always been a passion of ours. We are lifetime Monroe County residents and owners of Bear Hardware in beautiful Brown County. As entrepreneurs challenges are always welcome. We are very goal driven people and are committed to giving our full attention to your Real Estate needs.
As I mentioned Curt and I are entrepreneurs. In 1990 we purchased a bakery, formerly Cakes, Candies & Things located at 729 S. Walnut in Bloomington, Indiana. In 1999 we purchased Bear Hardware located in Nashville, Indiana. Both businesses proved to be successful for our family, and now as empty nesters we have too much time on our hands! So, in 2017 Penny starts her real estate career, along with Curt of course, because after all we are a TEAM!
