When an Agents obtains a Listing or writes a Contract the client has hired them as an Agent. Coldwell Banker needs to be there for the Ultimate of Support. My main goal for the Tinley Park Office is to be #1 in Market Dominance and to also be know as the place to go to get the "Highest Quality Service" along with being the "Best Place to Work" for Agents in the entire South/Southwest area.
