She and her husband David lived in Carmel for 28 years where they raised two wonderful children. Their family enjoyed lake living on the weekends (Lake Freeman & Sweetwater Lake) and chose to be full-time Grandview residents in 2009. Candy earned her BS in Computer Technology from Purdue University. With over 34 years of technical sales experience with IBM and CoreSource coupled with her passionate focus on very satisfied clients, Candy quickly transitioned into a real estate career with Smythe & Co. Real Estate in 2014.
