Leslie Wessel is a hardworking mother of two, real estate sales team leader, and entrepreneur! She was raised in Abilene Kansas where she attended Chapman High School and spent her free time helping with the family farming business, before later moving to Wichita to attend Wichita State University as she awarded the prestigious Fran Jabara Scholarship in Entrepreneurship. Which gave her the tools she needed to complete her undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship with a focus in Real Estate, and receive the designation of Summa Cum Laude from the W. Frank Barton School of Business. Leslie decided early in college that real estate was right for her. She began her real estate career at Ritchie Development Corporation in 2004. Soon after obtaining her real estate license, she began helping people build their dream homes as a New Home Sales Consultant Assistant. There, she served in many developments including Chestnut Ridge, Rocky Creek, and Pine Meadow.
Leslie also joined The Carnahan Group in 2006, adding to her skills and knowledge as a contract compliance and closing coordinator. She worked to ensure that the closing process went smoothly for all buyers and sellers from contract to the closing table.
After serving over nine years as a full-time sales agent with The Carnahan Group, Leslie decided to share her abundant residential real estate experience and knowledge to train other agents, and thus her real estate sales team Wessel Team Home Sales was born. Together, she and her team want to make their client's lives easier through what can be a difficult process, while providing unbeatable customer service.
Leslie and her kids love living on some acreage with their dogs Caesar Augustus (a lot to live up for a 9 lb dog) and an English Bulldog named Buddy and their outdoor cats, Oscar and Binx.
