Let me take a minute to share the personal side of myself and our team. I grew up on the East coast and was transplanted here in 1997. I am a true Southern lady and being away from the water took a little adjusting but I call Wichita home now like everyone else here. After graduating from WSU, I decided to take a career change from management to real estate. I tend to live by the old verse, treat others like I would like to be treated. As our team grew we hired only agents who would also follow that philosophy and not be about a quick dollar and a quick sale. We treat our clients like family and work long hours to insure they get the best deals and we help them negotiate the best prices. I think this is a new day and age in real estate. We don't need flashy salespeople. We need honesty, hardworking agents who are out for the clients best interest.
