I specialize in residential property -- new and resale, single family and multi-family -- for individuals and for investors. I work all over the KC metro area. I have been a full-time real estate professional since 1997, licensed in Missouri and Kansas. Repeat business and referrals are the joy and lifeblood of my real estate practice.

Delivering world-class service to my real estate clients and serving the community are very important to me. I serve on the board of directors for the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors and the Heartland Multiple Listing Service (2015 President). I am also an active member of the Rotary Club of Independence, the Independence Chamber of Commerce and serve on the Salvation Army Independence Corp Advisory Council.
I relocated from Tulsa, OK to the Kansas City area in 1994. After almost 20 years in Lee's Summit, I moved to Independence MO in 2013 and married a Truman HS grad in 2015. We share 3 children and 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grand.
