Nancy is a lifelong resident of the Kansas City area with over 25 years experience in the residential real estate business. Nancy has a broker's license in Kansas and Missouri, and focuses her efforts predominantly selling properties in Johnson County, Kansas, and close-in Kansas City, Missouri. Nancy lists and sells homes, and enjoys working with first-time buyers, investors, clients moving up in size, and empty-nesters. She has helped many people throughout the years find their perfect home when relocating to Kansas City and enjoys "teaching" them about the city she grew up in. Prior to her real estate career, Nancy graduated from the University of Kansas with an education major and was also on the varsity diving team. She taught elementary physical education in the Shawnee Mission School District for 8 years, and coached diving at the high school and AAU levels. She is the mother of a married son who lives in Kansas City, Missouri and has three grown step-children who are married and all work and live in the Kansas City area, and have produced 4 darling grandchildren. Nancy enjoys working out, gardening, reading, cooking, and entertaining. Her commitment to her clients is evident in every transaction as she dedicates her full-time expertise and knowledge of the market to obtain the best price and terms possible for her sellers and her buyers.
