I represent buyers and sellers in the sale and purchase of residential real estate. I work throughout the Kansas City area of Kansas and Missouri. My goal is to match buyers and sellers of properties whether they're single-family homes, townhomes, condos or duplexes - and to negotiate the best offer possible while making the moving process as seamless as possible.
My real estate marketing philosophy includes personal attention, thoughtful communication, a focus on details and research, and internet-driven marketing. I work tirelessly to make sure my clients are well represented during the real estate process. Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, I worked 20 years in corporate Network Services as a Network Engineer and Technical Project Manager at Sprint. I am a keen negotiator and have a passion for helping others.
My spare time is spent volunteering at the Great Plains SPCA and a variety of other charitable events. My hobbies include hiking, cycling, and almost all water activities.
