Julia joined the Dawn Schultz Team at Prestige Realty and Associates in 2020, bringing knowledge and understanding to both those looking to sell their home as well as those hoping to buy. Julia grew up in Minnesota and then received her bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (go Badgers!) before working in Minneapolis and Chicago as an Event Planner for a large non-profit. Julias husband Sam is an ER Physician serving in the Army - a profession that brought them to Augusta, Georgia before landing here in Manhattan! Julias experience moving and well as buying and selling homes is a tremendous tool to being able to understand exactly what buyers and sellers are going through. As she was first a client, Julia can attest that the professionalism and knowledge of the team at Prestige is unparalleled in the industry! When not working Julia loves to run, cook, read, travel and chase around her four awesome little kids, Isla, Miles, Belle and Augustus.
