CINDY HAHN is a life-long resident of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Many people will recognize her fathers name, Ray Penno. A UC Alumni who played both basketball and football, at 88 years young, Ray has been selling real estate in Cincinnati for over 39 years with such well-respected brokers as Parchman and Oyler, Coldwell Banker, and now Coldwell Banker West Shell.
Cindy followed in her fathers footsteps as a real estate agent, and worked for Coldwell Banker West Shell for 10 years, and is now with Cutler Real Estate; prior to that she worked for a custom home builder selling a wide range of property types from condominiums to over-million-dollar homes and has received numerous awards in new construction sales.
At the very start of her real estate career, she tapped into her fathers industry knowledge and familiarity when he helped her fill out her first contract. From there, she continued to follow in his footsteps when she, too, received the notable ROOKIE OF THE YEAR award in 2006, but did it one better; she was the first agent to receive Rookie of the Year in both categories of dollar volume AND units sold.
Cindy has gone on to rank as one of the industrys TOP AGENTS, regularly joining the top 2% of real estate agents internationally and the top 1% agents in the tri-state, as well as within Coldwell Banker every year, earning numerous awards, including the prestigious Pinnacle Award for New Construction, the International Presidents Circle and the International Diamond Society.
Within the housing segment of the economy, she has quite a diversified background. The builder experience has provided her with extensive knowledge of the building process - from foundation to shingles and everything in between. The real estate experience has provided direct knowledge of the real estate market as well as the whole process of buying and selling from contract to close. Additionally, she has developed a vast professional network, which she broadens continually. When she adds all that to over 25 years of sales experience, Cindy distinguishes herself from every other agent in that she possesses a comprehensive knowledge base and skill set that make her the perfect person to represent you in all your real estate transactions!
Not only does Cindy enjoy serving her clients, but she also loves to serve and give back to the community. She has been involved with numerous charities over the years, including Toys for Tots, Paws and Claws Animal Rescue, The Kiwanis Club, Davita Dialysis, Split the Pot at Reds games, Honor Run, Homes for Heroes, Habitat for Humanity, and Zoo Babies. She has also sponsored Transylvania University Girls Softball, Boone County Football and Ryle Girls Softball.
Married for 32 years, Cindy is a mother of two who loves to golf, play tennis, visit small towns, and is a huge Bengals and Reds fan.
