Todd is the Associate Broker/Owner of Lois Ann Disponett Real Estate. Todd obtained his real estate license in 1986 and has worked alongside his wife, Lois Ann Disponett, for the past 36 years.
Todd was also born and raised in Anderson County, Ky and is the only son of Bobby and Nancy Hyatt. He has two sisters, Tammy Hood of Mt. Sterling and Meredith Lewis of Lawrenceburg, Ky. He is a 1981 graduate of Anderson County High School and a 1985 Graduate of Georgetown College with a BS Degree in Business Administration. Todd was active in athletics in high school playing football, basketball and golf as well as college where he played football and golf for the Georgetown Tigers.
Todd has obtained the designations of CRB, Certified Residential Broker, CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, C2EX, Commitment to Excellence and GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute in the real estate field along with the E-Pro designation. Todd also has the CSP designation for new home sales as well.
Todd is also an active member of both the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS and the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS.
Todd has enjoyed working with young people in Anderson County coaching various sports which included soccer, basketball, golf and softball. He is a member of First Baptist Church Lawrenceburg, KY where he has taught 7th and 8th grade students for over 32 years and serves as a Trustee.
Todd truly enjoys working with both his wife and daughter, Anna-Marie in the real estate business.

Todd specializes in residential, resale, farm, investment, buying and selling transactions.
