My career started in 1990 with a small boutique brokerage firm. With limited exposure and services offered, my associate Bill Friel and I decided to branch out on our own and created ABG Realtors in 2004 . In 2007 we affiliated with Weichert and changed the name of the company to Weichert, Realtors - ABG Properties. Currently there are five offices to serve the entire Greater Louisville area including the surrounding counties and Southern IN. We offer assistance with residential sales, new construction, multi-family, investment analysis and commercial sales and leasing. Over the last 25 years, I have contributed my time and knowledge at the Board level with training new agents, teaching the Code of Ethics and assisting with various committees including creating the forms we use in our industry. My expertise is my knowledge of the construction process, and identifying potential issues in houses with regards to what might come up during the inspection process. Negotiating a contract that will actually close assures my buyers and sellers that they are spending their money wisely and will end up in a house they love with as little worry as possible. I am keenly aware of my job with regards to whom I represent, and have created a long list of clients that will be mine for life! There is nothing more rewarding to me than having a client say they "couldn't have done it without me!" My success is built on a job well done and the referrals from past clients, friends and family that know I will treat every transaction with the utmost care regardless of where or what the property is!
