When selling I completely stage their homes free of charge and am a certified home stager as well as Realtor. When helping my buyers buy a home. I help them think about resale value later on and treat my clients that way I would want to be treated. This is a stressful, but rewarding process and I try to make it as easy as possible for my clients.
