After working many years in commercial, industrial and construction industries, I became a licensed Realtor, in 2002. My wife Peggy, soon followed me by obtaining her Realtor's license, as well. Having a solid background in Ottawa & Erie Counties since about 1980, we decided to permanently relocate to Marblehead, Ohio from the Cleveland suburbs. We formed the HOPP TEAM.
I am certified as an Accredited Buyers Rep (ABR), and as a Resort & Second-home Property Specialist (RSPS). I am also a Notary. Along with being heavily involved with our areas normal residential & commercial real estate, we happen to be in the heart of Ohios VACATIONLAND. We have a huge second home market that caters to those loving outdoor recreation, and fishing & boating on Lake Erie. I have been a USCG licensed Captain, since 1985. No local Realtor can provide my level of Lake Erie EXPERTISE. Buyers & Sellers can benefit from my boating and angling knowledge. All combined, I am uniquely qualified to work in this area of Ohio.
