I bought my first home at age 22 in Juneau, Alaska - this was back when we had local tv channels devoted to real estate listings and booklets of homes for sale inside every grocery store and diner. Real Estate sure has changed over the years.
I have bought and sold homes, farm land, rental properties and vacation rentals. I have bought and sold commercial real estate / 1031 Exchange. I have done renovations on historic buildings and single family homes. I even built a home for my family (Whew! Talk about an experience there). My first hand experience in buying and selling real estate makes me a better agent to represent YOU!
