I have been a Realtor since 2010 specializing in residential sales in Jefferson, Oldham, Bullitt, Shelby and Spencer Counties. Prior to that I worked for over a decade for a real estate developer selling homesites and handling all marketing for several subdivisions. I oversaw many aspects of real estate development including planning and zoning, installation of utilities/roads and writing bylaws. I was also an associate builder with the Home Builders Association of Louisville and worked with an exceptional builder mentor for six months to learn construction. Prior to real estate I worked for advertising agencies overseeing award-winning advertising campaigns for national and regional clients that were as varied as Lava Soap, First American Bank and Nashville Ballet. These experiences combine into a unique skill set for me as a realtor. My background enables me to treat every home as a unique product that requires unique marketing tactics. With a buyer, my development and building background offer me insight into locations, pricing and construction.
In my free time I am full-time mom/chauffeur to my daughter (15) and son (11). I am passionate about feeding the hungry with Kentucky Harvest and educating others about the de Paul School which transforms kids with learning differences. I love to read, write and have an addiction to very strong coffee and Netflix marathons.
