Cheryls 2020 production totaled almost $10,000,000! Cheryl completed her bachelors degree at Murray State University, receiving a degree in accounting. After several years as an agent, in 2019 she emerged onto the scene as broker of her own real estate companyMarketHouse Realty. She has been named 2018 Murray/Calloway Realtor of the Year and 2021 Kentucky Future Business Leaders of Americas Businessperson of the Year. Cheryl resides in Murray where she has lived most of her life. She and her husband, Ray, have three childrenSydney, Lexan, and Grayson.
