I have had an interest in real estate since an early age. We rehabbed the home our family moved into while I was in middle school. That experience got me interested in Architecture, so I got an Associates Degree in Architectural Design. Early on in my career I was assisting in the design work for Industrial parks such as East Point. On the residential side I worked on the presentation illustrations for Park DuValle, as well as several Condo, Apartment and single family neighborhoods throughout the city. That experience can be vital to a buyer who may be looking at a home that may need some upgrading or helping them visualize how a home fits their needs. For sellers I can be useful in terms of helping them decide if any issues in their home may need addressing and then I can refer them to an appropriate contractor if needed. I am an SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designee and my previous design experience can guide clients on functional modifications that may allow them to stay in their current home or guide them, when looking at new properties as to which properties will allow them to stay in the home as long as possible.
