Rob Feldman
Rob has been helping buyers and sellers as a licensed realtor for over 10 years, but his experience and expertise extends well beyond that. Rob was a licensed plumber for four years in his family's plumbing business. He has also been an entrepreneur purchasing investment properties, as well as rehabbing and selling homes. Attended high school at Holy Cross. Went on to Bluefield State College on a baseball scholarship, and studied at Northern Kentucky University. He's proud to be living and working in the same communities that he grew up in, sponsoring local athletics and conducting baseball camps. The Feldmans and their three children call Erlanger, Kentucky, Home.
Chris Curley
Chris played professional baseball for over 8 years with the Atlanta Braves, Chicago White Sox, Los Angeles Angels, and Miami Marlins. He still teaches, coaches and conducts baseball camps in local communities. For the past five years, Chris has also been a hitting instructor, helping players of all ages learn the right hitting techniques to maximize success on the field. He's discovered that the same hard work, focus, and dedication that made him successful baseball player, is helping build his success as a licensed realtor. As the buyer's agent for the team, he helps close achieve success to find their dream home. Chris also attended Beechwood High School, and went to Campbellsville University on a baseball scholarship. Chris resides in Edgewood Kentucky.
Samantha Burton
A graduate of Northern Kentucky University, Samantha is proud to bring her skills and experience to the Feldman Team. She manages the operations of the business, making sure that both customers and agents have everything that they need - when they need it. Samantha also manages all of the steps once a home is under contract. She ensures no detail or time-period is overlooked including inspections, financing, and other contingencies. What Samantha enjoys the most is creating a positive experience for each and every client. Her positivity and work ethic makes all the difference. Samantha and her husband live in Taylor Mill, Kentucky.
