I would like to introduce myself my name is Gregg Stilton but people who know me just call me Aussie, I am a husband, a father and a grandfather. Being the Owner/ Broker of Rushmore Real Estate Group.
I live in Rapid City by choice having migrated here from Australia, to be with my wife who grew up in Rapid City.
I grew up on the east coast of Australia in a New South Wales coastal suburb called Narrabeen. My father a self employed engineer and a Second World War veteran, taught me the values of working hard and being honest not only to others but to myself.
After graduating from high school I undertook a position within one of Australias largest banks working my way through to a branch management role whilst undertaking further university studies, I have achieved the level of "Master of Applied Finance".
I have over the years held various senior and risk management roles with internationally based banks and finance companies, including Chase AMP bank (this was a partnership between Chase Manhattan and Australia's largest insurance company AMP), Citibank, Bank of Scotland, Capital Finance Australia Limited and Medfin (Australias leading Medical finance company).
Following on from my corporate management roles my roles took me to the establishment of and financial management of a number of successful privately owned medical related businesses. I have since divested my investments in these privately owned entities, but still play a minor role with regards to a medical research firm.
Through my business career I have been extremely fortunate to meet and dine with a number world leaders including Former President of the United States George H.W Bush and his wife Barbara, Former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, Former Australian Prime Minister Bob Hawke, Former Australian Prime Minister John Howard, and General, Sir Peter John Cosgrove, Governor General of Australia.
As a real estate agent, I offer knowledge as a local property owner and investor. I bring to you strong management and negotiation skills with exceptional sales and marketing experiences. I have long held an interest in real estate and real estate development.
I have successfully listed, sold and assisted buyers with all their residential and commercial property needs.
I pride myself on my integrity a value instilled from my family upbringing and my work experiences; I have a very high standard of ethics and work only with those who carry the same values.
I am the owner/ broker Rushmore Real Estate group and as my client I can promise you that I will work to ensure you achieve the best possible outcomes from our association. I believe that every action we perform should be a positive action.
