Please allow me to introduce myself, I am Tausha Strawder-Gray a full time licensed professional Realtor March 2015 and Broker as of February 2024.

My background goes as follows: I am a Carroll High School alumni class of 1992, Burk Baker School of Real Estate & Appraising December 2014, and Graduate of Louisiana Delta Community College with an Associate of Applied Science Business & Technology as of December 2019. I have a 10-year background in Home Equity and Mortgage Banking Servicing with multiple titles and the last being a Service Center Supervisor. With this wealth of knowledge in the mortgage industry I decided to pursue my career further in the real estate industry. Since obtaining my real estate license I have added to my portfolio the title of a Licensed Disaster Contractor with Vanguard Emergency Management/FEMA as of August 2016.

I am honored to have started my own brokerage Strawder-Gray Realty 02/2024. As a licensed Broker servicing Northeast Louisiana parishes, I bring an abundance of knowledge, creativity, innovation, leadership, motivation and experience to my clients and my work. As a Broker who has also been a licensed Realtor for 9 years, I am an expert in this local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here.
