I am 2020 Graduate of Nicholls State University, with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. My work schedule often makes completing these courses challenging. However, the benefit of being single and having an adult child affords me the time to dedicate to continuing my studies to mastering my degree.
I am currently a Corporate Facilities Manager covering both domestic and international facilities for Pan-American Life Group (PALIG). Bringing to PALIG more than 19 years of commercial real estate experience and successfully managing more than 3.5 million square feet of property. Details of this role include Facility Management, Asset Management, Construction Management, Leasing/Sales and Development. Along with this, I also manage my owner Real Estate Brokerage firm, predominantly in the River Parishes and Ascension Parish area. While I have not been steadfast active in the residential market over the past 10 years, I am currently seeking to become more active locally and bring some of my knowledge to area, as well as gain more knowledge from the locals.
Current major projects include a 3,550 square foot tenant build-out of office space in Colombia, a 2,000 square foot built-out in Panama, as well as the planning stages of a 15,000 square foot international corporate office in Trinidad, at an estimate value of 5 million dollars.
In 2009, I was part of the team which re-developed a 30 plus year old enclosed shopping mall to an 850,000 square foot lifestyle center inclusive of local and national retail, big box and restaurant tenants. Prior to that project management role included a 450,000 square foot retail mall and a 750,000 square foot medical office building portfolio; respectively to name a few.
I began my Real Estate Career in 1999 for First Industrial Realty Trust which was then acquired by the Sealy Companies in 2001; being the Development Assistant working directly with the Senior Regional Director. This opportunity afforded the experience in the light Industrial and bulk distribution market through development, land sales, wetlands mitigation, permitting, and government relations.
In 2001, I obtained my realtors license, the in 2008 I obtained my Louisiana Real Estate Brokers License and currently pursuing my CCIM Designation. In 2020, I also obtain my Florida Real Estate Brokers License as well currently applying to obtain my Mississippi Real Estate license.
With a proactive approach to property management, team development, risk management, tenant relations and retention, budgeting and rent collections has all played an imperative roll in exemplary success.

My spare time is spent with family and friends cooking outdoors and just spending time together.
