Native New Orleanian and Real Estate Broker Quin Lawrence has been in the real estate industry since 2015. She earned her Bachelor's in Business at Southeastern Louisiana University in 2010.
Before real estate, she was an insurance agent for over 6 years. Most of her insurance experience was working for a major Fortune 500 company.

Quin is a resident of Baton Rouge, where she has resided for several years and began her insurance career in 2008.

In 2022, Quin closed a two-million-dollar commercial complex and has been a property manager of long-term and short-term rentals for over 4 years. She has managed as many as 90 doors.
