Waitz Engineering and Surveying while obtaining his Marketing Degree from Nicholls State University. From there, Chris vision to make an economic impact on his community drove him to focus on sustainable development for his clients in both residential and commercial. Chris has shown incredible dedication fighting for the progress of southern Louisiana businesses while saving and earning his clients every penny. He does this all while understanding the importance of property ownership. Those experiences made him fall in love with assisting with the buying and selling process of all forms of real estate.
