Kimberly Schexnayder is a long time Metro- New Orleans resident. Her parents hail from Nicaragua and raised her in Mid-City where she fell in love with the unique NOLA architecture and culture. Eventually, her family moved to Kenner and she currently resides there now with her husband, daughters, and two dogs. She enjoys helping out the local community through her membership with the Rotary Club of Kenner where she has previously served as President and Secretary. She also serves on the board of the Hispanic Chamber of Young Professionals of Louisiana. Aside from community service, you can normally find her trying out restaurants, gardening, or taking on a new DIY project.

Kimberly's educational background is in Communication Disorders (Speech Language Pathology/Audiology) with a BA from Louisiana State University. However, she has always felt more equipped to be in the business sector. She helped manage her family's business and moved on to manage businesses in the fashion industry for 12 years where she found much success.

The transition into real estate was very natural for her as she has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and desire to provide excellent service to her clients. She has completed the Ninja Selling program and through the National Association of Realtors she has become an Accredited Buyer Representative. Kimberly has been honored in receiving the Bronze Award (2019,2020), Spirit Award (2019), Silver Award (2021) for her success thus far.
