Hi, my name is Kim Giveans, and I know this place!

As a lifelong resident of this Greater New Orleans metro area, my depth of knowledge and experience in this region makes me well qualified to assist you in all of your Real Estate needs.

After a rewarding 26-year career in education as a Teacher, High School Coach and Elementary Assistant Principal, I decided to add Realtor to my resume.

For the last 25 years, I have served clients on the Northshore and Southshore of southeast Louisiana, thus developing a strong working knowledge and understanding of our unique parishes including, Orleans, Jefferson, St. John, St. Bernard and St. Tammany.

Although my experience, both in residential and commercial real estate, has been rewarding, the daily challenge and enjoyment of working with my Buyers, Sellers, Renters and Landlords remains my motivating force.

Developing relationships that have now become friendships has been one of the neatest and unexpected perks of the job.

Additionally, I specialize in varied areas of Real Estate, including property management, representing local and out of town investors. I am a member of NOMAR (New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors) and WCR (Womens Council of Realtors).

I firmly believe, my background in education and coaching has been the foundation of my detailed work ethic, communication skills, and the dedication I bring to all my clients and fellow agents.
