After 14 years of co-owning a mortgage company I have finally decided to make my transition into Real-Estate as a Realtor. This has always been a dream of mine but has been placed on hold due to the conflict of interest it would have caused as owner of a mortgage company.
I feel very confident in my abilities to help my clients through this process. The one thing I want clients to know when they work for me is that I will be on their side. I am truly interested in what is best for my clients. If I walk through a home with a client and see things that may be troubling I will point them out and address it. When I negotiate I am firm and put my clients needs first. When my clients come to me with concerns, I don't complain or make excuses, I find a way to take care of the problem. My job is to make a complicated process, simple.
