LATTER & BLUM - Garden District in New Orleans
View active listings.

Originally from Brooklyn, N.Y., I moved to New Orleans in 1982. For 19 years I owned and operated All Natural Foods and Deli on Magazine St. This retail experience has given me a customer service orientation in my approach to Real Estate. I myself have bought, sold, renovated and rented both commercial and residential properties in New Orleans long before I was a Realtor. As a Realtor, I continue to invest in our wonderful city. This gives me first hand experience in dealing with and renovating historic properties. New Orleans has such a rich housing stock and it is great to see so many areas of the city transitioning and homes with great "bones' finally being renovated.

I have been working full time as a Realtor since July, 2007 and am dedicated to finding my clients what they are looking for and guiding them along the way to make the right decisions. I have completed over 100 transactions plus many leases as well. I have many repeat clients and my clients continue to send me referrals. I am thrilled to be part of their lives and to help make a difference for them. I am also highly gratified by representing those who are improving the city one property at a time.

I work throughout Metropolitan New Orleans, specializing in Historic Homes in Uptown, Garden District, Irish Channel, University

Areas served include Greater New Orleans, Uptown, Garden District, Mid City, CBD, French Quarter.
