from I have been a resident of Thibodaux since May of 2021. My husband and I relocated here from Pagosa Springs, CO, we are both south Louisiana . I started my real estate career in California, with my main background as a mortgage loan consultant. In Pagosa, I had a successful mortgage company with a partner for 3 years before the collapse of the market in 2008. I went on to get my Real Estate license in Colorado in 2011 and have been at it ever since. I love what I do. It is sometimes ALOT of work but when you enjoy what you do it doesn't seem like work.
Since the early 1990s, I have had my hand in the real estate/mortgage business and enjoy all aspects. Coming back to my roots in Louisiana and my family has been wonderful. I am very active in the community with Rotary and previously with Habitat for the Humanity serving in many positions. I pride myself in being knowledgeable in my profession and being able and willing to educate those that want to know more about the real estate process. I enjoy home renovations and have flipped a couple of properties myself and done well. Fixer Uppers are my passion but I will find you what you are looking for as a buyer or help you sell your home.
