I started working at 13 years old and would ride my bike to work every weekend. By 15 years old I had my first car and started working in sales. By my senior year in high school through the D.E. Program I was working full time as a sales manager in a womens clothing store. After climbing up the management ladder I decided to go to college in 1993. During that time I began my new career in construction sales. I worked with contractors on new construction residential properties bidding from blue print house plans. I worked with consumers in retail renovations on millwork packages, windows, door units, stairways, custom made items and stain glass pieces. Five years later I moved into residential real estate investments which included rental property, buying, selling and building new construction. I have owned properties in and out of the country from Dominical, Costa Rica to New Orleans, Metairie and Port Sulphur, Louisiana, Pensacola Beach, Florida, Pass Christian and Picayune, Mississippi and Austin, Texas. I have bought and sold of over 26 properties, 5 of which were new construction and 1 from developing raw land into subdivided lots. Twenty years later I have decided to get my real estate license to sell and lease property. My goals are to help others by using my background and personal experience to achieve their major decisions in this complex business of real estate.
