My name is Molly Hoskins. Originally from Alaska, I have lived in the Greater Ft. Polk area for over 17 years, arriving in June of 2000 when my husband was stationed at Ft. Polk while serving in the Army. After he completed his service, we choose to put down roots in this beautiful area, where we would never be cold again.
I obtained my Real Estate License in 2017 after working in the housing industry for over 20 years. I have experience in title insurance, home remodeling, construction, inspections and property management. I hold active certifications as a Tax Credit Specialist, Certified Occupancy Specialist Master, and Certified Apartment Manager. I served on the board of the Southwest Louisiana Apartment Association and the Louisiana Affordable Housing Management Association. I was honored to recieve the SWLAAA Manager of the Year award in 2016. Having this well rounded experience in the industry helped fuel my drive to continue my career in Real Estate.

On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my family, working out, reading, travel, racing and muscle cars. My husband and I are also chapter leaders for The Compassionate Friends and volunteer frequently in the community.
