Prior to her real estate career, Melissa worked at a top ranking Fortune 500 company for 20 years in hospital pharmacy management where she worked her way up into management and leadership roles. From there Melissa purchased a service business in 2009, quickly establishing her business as the leader in the area. She sold that business in 2016.
In 2012, Melissa became a Louisiana licensed Realtor. Levering her successful background in management and sales, Melissa quickly established herself as a leader in the real estate industry. Melissa also received her Brokers license in 2018.
Melissa is married to Mark Hamilton and is a bonus mom to three children, Jordan (Dan) Robertson, Barrett Hamilton and Griffin Hamilton and a very proud Grandmother to Sophia Robertson. When not working, she enjoys spending time at their camp and traveling with her husband.
