Clennie has watched McKinney and the surrounding areas tremendous growth her entire life. Born in McKinney, TX, and raised in nearby Farmersville, she is a third generation Real Estate Salesperson. She has experienced the growth of North Collin County through the eyes of her real estate family. Working in her father's Farmersville, TX Real Estate office at a very young age, Clennie developed the love of helping people alongside her father, the late Bob Shinn. Clennie moved to McKinney over 22 years ago and has been selling real estate in North Collin County for 14 years.
Her first year as a Realtor, Clennie was Rookie of the Year at the Keller WilliamsAllen office and has maintained a pace of growth and high production since that first year. She has continued to produce in the top 1percent of her office since that time. While production has been important, Clennie was honored to be asked to be a part of the Agent Leadership Councilan honor given to the top producers in each office. She first served at the Keller WilliamsAllen office, 2005-2007 and Keller WilliamsMcKinney, North Collin County office currently. Clennie has been in the McKinneyNorth Collin County office since 2008, and has served on the Agent Leadership Council at various times throughout her time there. She has also been recognized by D Magazine as a top realtor in DFW for 7 of the last 10 years.
