I have been in Real Estate for 16 years now. I specialize in Residential Real Estate, Property Management, and Real Estate Investments no matter how big or small. I enjoy working to help buyers and sellers achieve their financial goals. We are blessed to have a referral based business. This means that 95% of our business comes from referrals from past clients and repeat business. We work hard for lasting relationships. We work very hard for our clients to get them everything they need to purchase a home. Our listing appointments are more about understanding the needs and wants of our sellers rather than just signing a contract. Whether our clients are first time home buyers or they are now purchasing their dream home. We find that Kasey's personality meshes well with others. The relationships we have with our clients are very pleasant. By the time we have found a home and they are ready to buy, we have become, I guess you would say somewhat like a family. Kasey loves what she does and enjoys working with people. Our favorite moment is when you help that one person get approved that didn't think they could. Those are the times we feel we have accomplished our goals. The words of thanks and the tears of joy are just wonderful.
