After practicing chemical engineering and management for 23 years, I decided to join my wife in the real estate profession. Our passion for real estate began in 2004 when we flipped our first property for a profit and subsequently rolled those profits into two rental properties via a 1031 tax deferred exchange. In the years that followed, we continued to flip properties and purchase rental homes. I also watched my wife launch a successful real estate team and have been fortunate to learn about the real estate business through her successes. I decided to make a career change in 2013leaving the chemical industry behind to pursue interests in real estate.
Areas of interest are flipping properties and working with investors; investing in real estate; investing in the stock market; and assisting buyers to find the home of their dreams. My specialty is building MS Excel tools to help investors evaluate real estate transactions.
