Emily was born and raised in North Carolina. She attended Appalachian State University, where she graduated with a Bachelors degree in Advertising and a minor in Business Marketing. After graduation, she began her career in advertising in Charlotte, NC, where she worked as a Project Manager at an ad agency for four years before switching gears and working as a General Manager for a cleaning and organizational company for seven years. Emily is married to Chris, a MedEvac Pilot in the US Army, and they have two kids, Brecken and Oliver, and two dogs, Gracie and Frankie. She loves playing golf, camping, traveling, and any and all Cajun food. As a military family, the DiMaios have lived in six states and three countries before calling Louisiana home.
