Raised in SW Florida his whole life, Jacob graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Business Degree in 2006. Upon Graduation, Jacob moved back to Sunny SW Florida and started his career in the Construction Industry. He then earned his real estate license in 2009 and his Brokers license in 2011. Since becoming a Broker, Jacob has been a part of over 1,300 transactions and over 250 million in sales and has gained a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of real estate Land Development and Permitting, New Construction, Investments Both Short and Long Term, Property Management and Overall Residential Sales. Jacob also gives back to his profession as he is also currently a Board of Director for the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association, a Panelist for the Annual Top Gun Real Estate Event and a Crystal R member for the Realtor Political Action Committee!
Outside of Real Estate, Jacob is married to his wife Megan of 11 Years and has three beautiful Children! He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Cape Coral American Little League and enjoys coaching his 2 sons and rooting on his daughter in Gymnastics and Dance! Real Estate is not a job to me! Its what I love to do and is a passion of mine, I welcome any of my clients to use my knowledge of this area for their benefit!
