Leshia Crestin has always followed a path of helping others. Before becoming a Realtor, Leshia taught First Grade for several years and attended Simmons College in Boston for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Elementary and Special Education.
An extremely effective communicator, Leshia is very organized and detail-oriented and is proficient in negotiating. These abilities, along with her enthusiastic attitude and caring nature enable her to identify each clients needs and desires to skillfully guide them toward reaching their real estate goals. Additionally, Leshia has hands-on experience renovating properties with her husband, a builder/contractor, and she has extensive knowledge of the home building and renovating process.
An Ipswich resident for over 20 years, Leshia loves living on the North Shore and is excited to share the many unique benefits with her clients. In her spare time, Leshia enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, biking, kayaking, playing games, and musical instruments.
