Jack Bohman has distinguished himself over the past dozen years as one of the Lower Cape's most knowledgeable and respected Realtors. Specializing in the sale of luxury and waterfront properties primarily on the towns of Chatham, Orleans, Harwich, Dennis and Yarmouth, Jack has earned a reputation for results on his local market insight, integrity, loyalty and resourcefulness.

Prior to joining Gibson Sotheby's International Realty, Jack co-founded Bohman Thayer Real Estate with his business partner Todd Thayer in 2008. Bohman Thayer quickly rose to become one of the Lower Cape's top-producing agencies and Bohman established himself as a top-five producer on Cape Cod.

In the summer of 2015, Bohman Thayer Real Estate merged with Gibson Sotheby's. "With Sotheby's tremendous brand recognition, the industry's leading international marketing platform and Gibson's exponentially greater regional advertising budget, my clients are thrilled with the expanded local, national and international exposure we are now able to offer their properties. On the flip side of the coin, Sotheby's referral network is driving potential buyers to our listings at a higher level than I imagined possible. Needless to say, I now feel like I am sitting behind the wheel of a high-performance sports car."

Jack specializes in residential real estate specialist, waterfront and village properties in chatham, harwich port and orleans, ma and yarmouth and dennis transactions.
