Over the past decade in real estate, Dan has worked in a variety of real estate positions ranging from brokerage to operations to marketing of residential real estate has culminated in billions of dollars wroth of residential transactions. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Dan was the Director of Operations for Accelerated Marketing Partners ("AMP"). During his tenure with AMP (2007-2013), Dan oversaw the marketing and sales programs for thousands of condominiums nationwide for clients such as Vornado Realty Trust, The Davis Companies, General Growth Properties and iStar Financial utilizing accelerated and auction marketing strategies. Shortly after his tenure with AMP, Dan created TCC Realty Group under The Collaborative Companies. At TCC Realty Group, Dan managed the operations and oversaw the sales efforts of a dozen real estate agents with the intent of delivering exceptional service and creating a customer experience throughout Greater Boston. Dan has a unique understanding of the real estate industry, particularly in Boston, where he has helped the sales and marketing efforts for such notable buildings as the Bryant Back BAy, the Folio, Longwood Towers, Audubon Park, the 1850 and the Nouvelle at Natick. Dan now currently runs the Gollinger Team under Coldwell Banker.
